79: Gracie Frizzell


Today’s guest is G Gracie Frizzell, redshirt sophomore guard, out of Little Rock, Arkansas. Gracie committed to Ole Miss during her junior year of high school. She was injured early in her senior season and her freshman year was spent redshirting as she recovered. She went on to start 28 of the 29 games last season averaging 7.2 per game while leading the team with forty nine three pointers.

78: Coach Matt Insell, Season Update


Nine games into the season today, we catch up Coach Matt Insell with an update on the progress he’s seeing with the Lady Rebels. The Lady Rebels are on a four game winning streak coming off a road win at Tulane. Early recruiting period produced three signees that will be great additions to the program. We’re watching a work in process as he leads this program back to the top of the SEC.

77: It’s Thanksgiving and It’s Time!

Today’s guest was a co-captain of the 1994 Rebels and another part of the elite group to have worn #38. When I think of great cornerbacks that have played for the Rebels, his name always comes to mind. He shares how giving up a number got him a BMW. 75: Robert Ratliff


Have you ever wondered if the movie – The Blind Side – contributed to someone attending Ole Miss? Well, today’s guest says it’s what resulted in his checking out Ole Miss. He came as a walk on earning a scholarship in 2012. He wants to be a college head coach and I’d say the odds are he will achieve that goal. Joining me today is Senior QB Robert Ratliff.

74: Todd Sandroni


He was an academic All-SEC, Academic All-American, M Club Hall of Fame, currently president elect of the M Club, and he played for the Rebels from 1987 to 1990 under Coach Brewer. He was named to the Ole MIss Team of the Century so he was as good on the field as he was off it. Today’s guest is safety Todd Sandroni.

Ever wondered about the life of an invited walk-on? Today’s guest shares his experience as one while catching us up on what’s going on after the playing days have ended. As for me, I came away with a great respect for every single individual that puts on that uniform. A true Rebel-Craig Holcomb.

71: Justin Smith


His parents were LSU graduates with his dad having an 11 year career in the NFL. He came to Ole Miss out of Georgia, playing DT for the Rebels till he finished up in 2011. He’s in Atlanta using his degree in Broadcast Journalism. Today’s guest is Justin Smith.

Today’s guest is one of our linebacking greats. Out of Bruce, MS he made the all SEC freshman team, was named All Sec twice, and went on to make the All NFL Rookie team. Armegis Spearman joins me today.
